The holding company for our independent projects, and a shared home for the things my wife and I make. It brings the portfolio together: products, experiments and ideas, each with its own purpose and room to grow.

A chores-to-rewards app for families that holds up to real kids and real weeks. A no-signup demo, live cross-device updates, and a tight chore-to-reward loop that survived every feature added around it without losing the thread.

Illustrated children's books with one locked ink-and-wash look and a quality bar that enforces itself: pages that miss it are regenerated before they reach you. The hardcover pipeline produces real, print-ready files in production, not mockups.

An independent software project designed around an open mind thinking in public, one thought at a time. The experience makes its questions, reasoning and per-thought costs visible, with a transparent treasury designed to pause activity when funds run low and resume when funding returns.

An independent investment analysis project built around a clear decision brief: the thesis, the proposed position and the downside. The product work connects quantitative research, portfolio constraints, interface design and testing. Its design separates the recommendation from the decision to act, with explicit limits and reasons a person can inspect.
